I posted the image above because I love fabric and I love the chaos in this image.  I started trying to find fabric that looks like stuff that I have.  :)  Thank you Violet Bella for sharing this image.  Btw, pretty kitty cat.  :)

Although I love my job, I wish I could spend all day sewing.  Sewing doesn't stress me out and I am able to blast my ipod and dance around the kitchen when the spirit moves me.  I look forward to the day that is consumed with sewing and dancing to the beat of my own drum.  I suppose as long as I must have a boss, I want to keep the one I have.  I am learning a lot and enjoy my job bunches.

After the wedding, I want to concentrate on building the necessary components for me to have my own lil shop.  I need to source labels.

thursday tidbits

I didn't log my supper last night because I cooked at home. I made rice and a tasty combination of lean hamburger meat, spices, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. VERY TASTY!




I am totally doing this once I get back from my weekend trip. I love wearing hoodies and cardigans. This is a great way to personalize a blank canvas as well as use my favorite scraps from my stash.

tuesday randomness

On Monday, I went to Sam's Club with my mama and my daughter. One of the things that we purchased was a cake with cupcakes from their bakery. Bought on a whim because my fiance was home alone and my daughter happened to mention that he "like" Sponge Bob Squarepants. lol

I missed my zumba class on Tuesday.  I was just too exhausted to go after a busy day filled with work and driving to the big city for Jason's first post-op doctor visit.

I am in charge of this year's family reunion and hope to find some time to do c25k this weekend.  Running in a new town will be interesting.
