I agree. It brings a smile to my heart when I use old things to make something new. Reclaiming fabric for a new use is very rewarding.


I've told my husband and daughter a version of the above quote many many times. Matchy matchy isn't the way to decorate a home nor a wardrobe of any kind - at least not in my ever so humble opinion. Ü
