Jaime Homemaker: Southwest Chicken Wraps: Sorry for being pretty much MIA all week. It was a week, let me tell ya. Actually, I won't tell you, because most of it is bitching about...I am totally adding this recipe to my cooking repertoire. We usually have Mexican food of some sort once a week and this will give us something different to add to the mix.
