With 40 days to go

I am hyper-focusing on food intake and exercise. My dress fits without alterations. So that isn't an issue. It might be about control or rather the lack of control.

Breakfast:
* Standard process standard bar dietary supplement high protein cocoa crisp
* bottled water with cayenne pepper and ReaLemon juice
* one roll of Smarties (my one sugar for the day)
* emerald brand natural almonds, 100 calorie pack


Apologies in advance to those that have no desire to read the food/exercise posts. This is my blog and I feel the need to post to help me stay on the straight and narrow.
